Andrew Oksner - Vice Chairman and President

Mr. Oksner has over 30 years of successful investment experience. He joined Bear Stearns & Co. in 1985 as part of the firm’s real estate investment banking group. In 1988 he joined Mitsui & Company to run the firm’s Western US real estate and new business divisions, and while at Mitsui acquired a company that was an active developer and operator of assisted living residences. In 1998, he moved to Tokyo and while in Japan headed GE Real Estate’s Asia new business as well as Asian real estate for CDP Capital, the investment subsidiary of Caisse de depot of Quebec. In 2007 he joined the fund manager Ajia Partners as Managing Director of Real Estate Investments, where he helped deploy over $1.5 billion of institutional equity commitments. Among his accomplishments at Ajia was successfully acquiring and selling the largest independent portfolio of senior housing and assisted living assets in Japan. Since 2012 Mr. Oksner has focused on aged-care related investments, and he became a board member of CP’s China business in 2016.

Mr. Oksner received an MBA from University of California, Berkeley and a BA in Economics from Tulane University.

Jill Lentini - Vice President Operations - Country Place Senior Living

Ms. Lentini has over 15 years of successful management experience in the Health/Senior Care Industry, with proven capabilities in developing and implementing operational efficiencies and profitability improvements. Ms. Lentini spent over 10 years with ElderCare Management Services Inc. in Dallas. Her operational expertise spans assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care and retirement/independent living. Ms. Lentini has experience with overall property operations including organization’s budgeting, revenue growth, quality control, program development, administration and employee development and customer satisfaction.

Ms. Lentini obtained her BA degree at the University of North Texas and is currently enrolled in the Toulouse Graduate School Strategic Management MBA program at the University of North Texas.

Rusty Prentice - Director of Development

Mr. Prentice has an extensive background in real estate development and business management. He has worked as a licensed professional engineer for over 10 years. Mr. Prentice began his career with IDS Engineering out of Houston. He advanced within IDS to the top design role as the Statewide Design Manger for all commercial development in Texas. Mr. Prentice then joined Kiley-Horn in 2010 as a Civil Engineer and worked with several Fortune 500 clients.

His project portfolio includes 100+ acre mixed use developments with large single family developers like Toll Brothers and KB Homes. Mr. Prentice has also managed and designed several commercial projects including Sam’s Clubs, Walmart’s, Starbucks, and Sonics. Mr. Prentice has spent most of his career interfacing between land developers and reviewing agencies. Mr. Prentice has significant experience in development cost analysis, market sector performance and selection, procurement initiatives and contract negotiations.

Mr. Prentice earned his degree from the University of Texas at Austin School of Engineering and obtained his Business Foundation Certification from the University Of Texas McCombs School Of Business.

Lisa Gann - Acting Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Gann is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas and has worked as a Certified Public Accountant for over 20 years. She has held positions at Beers & Cutler in Washington, D.C. and Thomas Stephen and Company in Texas. Ms. Gann has experience in financial audits, corporate taxes, and compliance services for various clients but most prominently, real estate development, including multifamily, low income housing tax credits and other residential real estate.

Ms. Gann earned her Master of Accountancy degree from the George Washington University, as well as a BA in International Industrial Relations from the University of Michigan.

Andrew Turner - Director of Home Care Services

Mr. Turner has over 20 years of experience in the Health Care Industry. During his time at Apria and Hospice Source, he has focused on the aging in place population as well as pediatric care in the private home setting. His devotion to working with community healthcare leaders as a business owner, partner and manager of several successful healthcare organizations has allowed him to serve thousands of clients throughout the US.

Mr. Turner attended Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri.

Stephen Mullett - Finance Manager

Mr. Mullett has over 20 years of banking & financial services experience at Citibank, Capital One, Regions Bank and Acopia Capital Group. He has served in a wide variety of roles including, but not limited to, real estate construction, real-estate development, commercial building purchases, equipment lending & leases, relationship management, credit risk management, credit approval, restructuring and business support. He is a highly creative business leader with a proven history of matching investors with successful opportunities. A recognized and proven financing professional with a dynamic and energetic business development strategy that generates results.

Mr. Mullett earned his BBA in both International Business and Economic Development from Sam Houston State University.

Jennifer Rogers - Human Resources Manager

Ms. Rogers serves as the Human Resources Manager for CP Homes. She has spent time in manufacturing, consulting and point-of-sale software industries and has strong capabilities is in recruiting, benefits management, training and development and culture improvement. Her passion is to help grow the culture and make CP Homes a top organization to work for. She is an active member in Society for Human Resources Management and Dallas HR Association.

Ms. Rogers earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
