Jack West - Founder & Honorary Chairman

Mr. West has been a leader in the senior housing industry since the early 1980’s.  In 1982 Mr. West developed the Georgetown Village Retirement Community, an innovative apartment independent living community located in Wichita, Kansas.  In the 1990’s Mr. West continued to refine his concept of assisted living through the development and operation of smaller assisted living residences in Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa.

In 2002, Mr. West formed the Country Place Senior Living brand that provide services to 18 - 26 suite assisted living and memory care facilities, and CP acquired an ownership interest in that brand in 2013.  Mr. West is a graduate of Friends University in Wichita, Kansas.




Andrew Oksner - President

Mr. Oksner has over 30 years of successful investment experience and directs the overall management and strategy of CP.  He has worked in investment capacities for prestigious firms such as Bear Stearns, Mitsui & Company, GE Real Estate, Caisse de dépôt of Quebec, and Ajia Partners.  Among his accomplishments at Ajia was successfully acquiring and selling the largest independent portfolio of senior housing and assisted living assets in Japan.

Since 2012 Mr. Oksner has focused on aged-care related investments, and he became Vice Chairman and board member of CP’s China business in 2016. Mr. Oksner received his MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a BA in Economics from Tulane University.




Jill Lentini - Vice President & Head of Operations

Ms. Lentini has over 15 years of successful management experience in the senior care industry, with proven capabilities in developing and implementing operational efficiencies and profitability improvements. Ms. Lentini spent over 10 years with ElderCare Management Services Inc. in Dallas.  Ms. Lentini received her MBA from the Toulouse Graduate School Strategic Management program at the University of North Texas, and BA from the University of North Texas.




Rusty Prentice - Vice President & Head of Development

Mr. Prentice has an extensive background in real estate development and business management.  He has worked as a licensed professional engineer for over 10 years.  Mr. Prentice began his career with IDS Engineering out of Houston.  He advanced within IDS to the top design role as the Statewide Design Manger for all commercial development in Texas.  Mr. Prentice then joined Kimley-Horn in 2010 as a Civil Engineer and worked with various Fortune 500 clients.

Mr. Prentice earned his degree from the University of Texas at Austin School of Engineering and Business Foundation Certification from the University Of Texas McCombs School Of Business.




Sean R. Broadbent - CPA - Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Broadbent’s background is deeply rooted in corporate accounting, finance and business leadership with more than 22 years of experience and an emphasis on middle market companies.  Mr. Broadbent began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young. He held financial planning and analysis controller and finance director roles in divisions at Novell, Inc. and Raytheon Inc., held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Parkway Construction and Architecture, and most recently for Sunbelt Modular, Inc.

Mr. Broadbent earned both his BS and Master of Accounting degrees from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business.  Mr. Broadbent is a licensed certified public accountant.




Angela L. Booth, CCIM - Vice President of Development Finance & Investor Relations

With over 20 years of experience in real estate development and finance, Ms. Booth seeks out creative financing options for investment in new projects, fosters solid, professional relationships with current and potential investors and supports the advancement of development of the Country Place Living brand.  She has been involved in real estate development and finance beginning in 1992 with Posadas USA, the US subsidiary of the largest hotel company in Latin America.

In 2007 she joined the founders of the Country Place Senior Living brand and has been successful throughout the years in raising the capital to develop this proprietary brand of assisted living communities across the United States.
